Project: PeopleView Training
This Computer Based Training (CBT) program produced by AiH Group for Alcoa supplements the role of live instructors who teach the use of Alcoa's on-line Human Resource system known as PeopleView.
With relatively few instructors available to travel worldwide and teach this complex system, a computer based training program was the best way to get employees up to speed quickly with enough knowledge to begin using the system.
The CBT carefully introduces essential PeopleView concepts and facilitates the change in thinking and working necessary to make PeopleView a success.
The CBT provides a Glossary of Terms and several tutorials, including one that shows users how to navigate through the PeopleView System and others that explain how modules work and permit them to practice what they've learned.
Quizzes built into each module test the users' knowledge, track their scores and suggest reviews as necessary.
